Neal Stephenson - and his Snow Crash

It was by immersing myself in the "Metaverse" created in Snow Crash by Mr. Stephenson that sparked the beginning of Soliloque and the first half of it.
The copy of Snow Crash I own since the 1990s
and its current condition as of 2020/10/10 09:20AM. Mr. Stephenson made it known on his website that he does not wish to be contacted by readers. So he's not aware of his role in my work. I hope Mr. Stephenson sees this someday via other means.
Douglas C. Engelbart - THE Inventor of Computer Mouse
Mr. Engelbart and his subsequent quest to "augment human intelltect" was the source of inspiration that motivated me to look into this area of computing and the result cracked the other half of AGI and Singularity. The key to AGI is "augmenting human intellect" because it makes all data semantic.
The Mother of All Demos
Someday, when Soliloque becomes a reality, I will tell the tale between me and Mr. Engelbart. He is the true pionneer and visionary. He "instinctively knew", so many years ago, what needed to be done to do computing right and I am glad that I was able to finish "augmenting human intellect" in his honour.
yardsticks - Anthony Wong 黃耀明, and Albert Leung 林夕 of Hong Kong.
Anthony is a legendary singer and songwriter. Albert's lyric works number more than two thousand. Both of them are politicial dissidents under the oppression of the "chinese communist party". All of their amazing works are being anonymised by the ccp to rob them of their livelihood and dignity. Yet both of them remained in HK to lead the resistance. They are the yardsticks for my moral courage and work ethics. The following two songs below are my favourites they collaborated on.
